If the item(s) you bought in store or online don't meet your expectations, don't worry. Find out more about our returns and exchanges policy below.

Sales:
Sale items discounted by more than 30% are considered final sales and are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Orders placed online can be returned by mail or in-store. See below for more information on returning by mail.

Initiate an online return

To obtain a full refund, the return must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Returned items must be in new condition, with tags and in original packaging.

A return shipping charge of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the case of a return of an item purchased online in our store, the refund will be made online directly to the payment method used.

Note: the customer is responsible for shipping costs, except in the case of a defective item. Shipping with a tracking number is strongly recommended.
We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.

The exchanges

Our exchanges can now be made online or in-store (previously, we only accepted in-store exchanges). Follow the link below to start your exchange online.
A $5 fee will be charged for online exchanges.

Steps to follow

1. Enter your order number and zip code to collect your order.
2. You can reuse the original packaging or use any other suitable packaging. If you reuse the packaging, please remove the original shipping label or cover it with your return label.
3. Please write your order number on the inside of the package.
4. Drop off your return package at a Canada Post outlet.
5. A return fee of $10 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.

To note :

If your return is sent outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Lily Vogue reserves the right to refuse the return. Returns will be processed at our discretion, in which case your item may be donated to a local organization or discarded without refund.
